The Gund Company is pleased to announce the purchase of the assets of the Nohl Corporation of Milwaukee.

Members of the Gund and Nohl families have had very similar value based performance goals as separate companies and look forward to working together to serve our customers with outstanding quality, on-time delivery, and responsive service.

Victor, Kathy, and Greg Nohl will continue with the company. Victor will assume the position of Director of Research and Development. Stan Sak is moving from TGC St. Louis to Nohl as the General Manager.
